Our services comprise solely the procurement of transport and organisational services such as airline tickets, hotel reservations and clinic appointments. Our contractual obligations do not include the execution of the booked travel package. The agent is not a tour operator. As a result of the booked products and services, individual contracts are concluded with the tour operator or airline, hotel, clinic and transfer company. The rendering of a service as such is not a constituent part of our contractual obligation.

Details (prices, etc.) of travel arrangements are based solely on information provided to us by the respective service providers. We cannot be held liable for the proper rendering of services by the service provider.

Any liability on our part for the performance of surgery at medical institutions is expressly excluded. The customer bears sole responsibility for deciding on the type of medical treatment. In particular, we accept no liability for medical malpractice. The surgical procedure, preliminary and follow-up treatment including all ancillary medical services, are third-party services that are likewise merely procured. For this part of the package the customer concludes a contract with the clinic.
